Monsignor Espinosa Neighborhood
The building belongs to the housing projects created by the Argentine Catholic Popular Union. It is a complex of 64 individual houses occupying half a city block, with a simple structure of orthogonal compositional axes. A wooded area organizes four rows of houses on each side. The rows, with a ground floor and one upper floor, have plastered facades, sheet metal roofs with exposed brick baseboards, lintels, and parapets.
