PROPOSALS
The proposal is to erect a lighthouse at the tip of the Costanera Sur ecological reserve, making Buenos Aires visible from the mouth of the Río de la Plata. Furthermore, it would be a tourist attraction, drawing a significant number of visitors to that part of the city.

On Avenida Eva Perón and Lisandro de la Torre, opposite the Nueva Chicago field, the emblematic club of Mataderos, there is another significant space for the history and present of the neighborhood: Los Perales.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Soy Carlos Firvida, Arquitecto, pintor,porteño. Se me ocurrió hacer este blog como complemento del podcast donde se comentan temas de la ciudad. Este blog sirve para que puedan acceder a charlas anteriores que hice sobre esta temática así como a la información complementaria de las charlas o la allegada por nuestros seguidores. Conversé esta idea con algunos amigos y les atrajo la idea de proponer posibles soluciones a viejos y nuevos problemas de Buenos Aires.
Hablaremos sobre algunos temas que nos preocupan de la ciudad, invitaremos a especialistas que tengan información relevante sobre los mismos tratando de aportar datos objetivos que nos permitan pensar una mejor ciudad, así como a los funcionarios municipales cuyas decisiones afectan a la vida cotidiana de la ciudad.
Seria muy importante para poder lograr esto, la colaboración de los vecinos, haciéndonos llegar datos, fotos, videos, audios, recortes periodísticos, etc. Todo suma para lograr una visión mas amplia y por lo tanto que refleje mejor la realidad, ya que podemos arriesgar que para mejorar Buenos Aires es preciso conocerla lo más posible.
