Lighthouse in Costanera Sur - Lighthouse in Costanera Sur - 南科斯塔内拉灯塔

The proposal is to erect a lighthouse at the tip of the Costanera Sur ecological reserve, making Buenos Aires visible from the mouth of the Río de la Plata. Furthermore, it would be a tourist attraction, drawing a significant number of visitors to that part of the city.
